You can log in to ‘Mijn StiPP Pensioen’ using your DigiD. If you don’t have a DigiD, because you live abroad it might be possible to log in with eIDAS. eIDAS is a European regulation allowing citizens to use a national login key to access public services in other European member states.
What is eIDAS?
The Regulation on electronic identification and trust services (eIDAS) is used to securely identify citizens across all European member states. Once a national eID has been approved by the European Union, you will be able to use it in other EU member states. Your approved eID can be used to access Dutch public services online. This eID allows you to log in to ‘Mijn StiPP Pensioen’.
Countries with approved eIDs
The eIDs of the following EU member states have been approved by the European Union:
- Belgium
- Croatia
- Estonia
- Germany
- Italy
- Luxembourg
- Spain
The list of approved eIDs is constantly growing. For instance Poland, among other countries, is actively trying to get approval for their eID.
Log in with eIDAS
If you want to log in with your eID, go to the login page of ‘Mijn StiPP Pensioen’. You can log in by using the button ‘Inloggen met eIDAS’. Click on your country and follow further instructions. If your national eID hasn’t been approved by the EU, it is not possible to log in ‘Mijn StiPP Pensioen’.
