We are StiPP: Stichting Pensioenfonds voor Personeelsdiensten. We take care of the pensions of people who work or have worked in the temporary employment and secondment industry. Do you work in this industry? Or are you the employer of temporary workers or seconded workers? Then we are here for you.
What do we do?
We administer the pension scheme for the temporary employment and secondment sector. We ensure that everything related to pensions is properly arranged. We do not do this alone, but together with various partners in the industry. From managing and investing the pensions of about 1.5 million people to the day-to-day implementation. We are there for employees and employers. The interests of our participants and their pensions always come first.

For you as an employee
Do you work in the temporary employment and secondment industry? Or did you work there? Then you are (or have been) accruing pension with us. We ensure that:
- you set aside money for your pension together with your employer;
- we invest this money so that your pension can grow;
- you will receive your pension later;
- You can see how much money you have set aside and what you can expect later.
Whether you are working, have worked before or are already retired: we ensure that your pension is properly arranged.
For you as an employer
Are you an employer in the temporary employment and secondment industry? Then you will work with us to ensure the pension of your employees. We help you to implement the pension scheme properly. This way you can be sure that:
- you contribute the correct amount for your employees' pension, calculated on their salary and hours worked;
- we invest your employees' pensions so that they can grow;
- everything is clearly regulated and according to the law.
What do we stand for?
We invest in a good future for temporary workers and seconded workers. In this way, we provide income in the form of pension. In doing so, we take responsibility for the world around us. That is why we choose investments that contribute to a sustainable and just society.
Who are we?
We are a foundation with a board and an accountability body. This includes representatives of employees, employers and pensioners. Your pension is important. That is why good governance and supervision are indispensable to us. This means that the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) supervise our work. An actuary and an accountant also check our figures. This is how we ensure that your pension is arranged safely and fairly.
